Cancellation Policy

At Driftwood Vans, we understand that plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you request a cancellation before your order has been picked or packed, a 6% transaction fee will be charged. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-refundable.

Cancellations After Shipment Authorization

If a customer explicitly requests that an order be shipped and subsequently requests cancellation before the order is physically dispatched, the following fees apply:

• 6% cancellation fee — if the order has not yet been picked or packed by our fulfillment team or supplier
• 15% restocking fee — if the order has already been picked, packed, or prepared for shipment

By instructing Driftwood Vans to proceed with shipment, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment processes — including supplier order processing, inventory allocation, and logistics coordination — have been initiated on their behalf. These actions incur real costs that cannot be recovered upon cancellation.
